| Climbing the Indian Steps and Hiking the MST |

 The start of the Ironstone Loop at its intersection with the Mid State Trail is a steep descent down the Tussey Mountain ridge. This section of the trail is called Indian Steps. Scott and Tim climb the steps and hike east on the Mid State Trail to do an after work shuttle hike of a little over three miles.
